Everything comes into your life at the right time.

Everything comes into your life at the right time.

This bland statement/challenge opens two doors.

One. You meditate and concentrate and all the other '-ates' to manifest something right now, and nothing happens. You check your techniques, look closely at your belief systems, all in perfect working order. Then one day, long after you have ceased to wrestle with the universe over it, you roll out of bed, yawn, stretch - and stumble over the damn thing manifest at last. In that instant, if your eyes are open, you realise why it took so long. Not because of you, or anything you failed to do, but because if it had manifest at the moment you requested it, it would have arrived with some rather unwelcome baggage.

The easiest way to explain is with a trite example. You are meditating on a holiday, an overseas trip of your dream. You want to go in June... but everything only falls into place in September. Okay, you go, it's great, you love every minute... but you felt extremely frustrated from June thru September. But hey, here you are finally sitting on the beach, sipping your Pina and reading a months-old magazine... and you stray across an article about three people dying in a hotel fire, or a light plane crash, or bus crash ho hum. IF your eyes are open you realise that had you got everything together in June, that would have been you in the hotel, or on the plane/bus...

I did say it was trite... but stay with me - think about this. Some people would miss the magazine article. Some read it and not register the dates. Some see the whole connection... Us humans are rather complex creatures to bottle, huh.

Two. I said there were two doors to walk through... Why should the Universe bother to delay your June trip to your best advantage? This suggests the Universe actually cares about you, or at least has some stake in your welfare.

Again, an example serves, but this time let's take it from my life, a little less trite, and why I decided on this blog topic anyway.

The first is Project Palhaco. We struggled and struggled to manifest the wealth to create the basic infrastructure of bathrooms and steps. Had that money dropped from the sky, we would have built those things and moved on. Instead, being forced to wait we became immersed in the community and laid a foundation for better hygiene, diet, health, education. The kids will benefit many times more.

A second example is my laptop. Having ridiculously limited access to the web has meant the site itself has stayed pretty static. Most of the blogs, including this effort, have been written on paper and then later transferred to the server at a rate of knots. But an interesting thing happened. Being unable to hide behind a computer screen, I spent time interacting with Travelers in the real world. Their myriad questions and requests brought home that Daniel's original travel concept is a significant need. Something we are now developing, on paper yet, but with astounding possibilities.

Fianlly, today's foto is a Thank You to Annie, who emailed her experience of the Community, and which now sits proudly on our Testimonal page!
