Sad, huh.
And after a few months, that Ipod is out of date, and now you need a high-definition monitor - or else people will stop liking you, right?
I am NOT criticising possessions. Go right ahead. Each of us has our own path to happiness.
Where is your current path taking you?
Today, I don't want to get into this, but I can say one thing: never imagine you can buy love. You can buy the 'presence' of another person, keep him/her/it right there beside you... but if your check bounces?
I have this fantasy that it's better to show someone you love them, than to show them the receipt for their latest gift.
